If you are having trouble signing into your Firedog account, you should submit a request to reset your password.

If we find an account associated with the email address you submit we will send you an email with password reset instructions.

Please note that we are not able to reset your password using any other method.

If the email address you submit is not found to have an active account association you will be prompted to sign up for a new account.
