Premium User Support offers Firedog’s premium support for one PC, including a System Evaluation Scan, 24/7 Remote Support, Tune up & Optimization, Malware/Antivirus services, Setup & training of new peripherals, wireless network setup, basic remote support and more.
Premium Home Support offers Firedog’s expert support for up to three PCs. This Subscription includes all Premium User Support services, plus a Suite Antivirus + Antispyware Package, parental controls, Online backup, integrated firewall & one pass for remote support.
Premium Home Office Support is Firedog’s highest level of support and offers services for up to seven PCs. This Subscription includes all Premium Home Support services, plus Data Backup up to 2GB, two remote support passes and one On-Site support pass.
